Bridgewater

One of Money magazine's best places to live in NJ

Welcome to Bridgewater

A bedroom community in Raritan Valley, Bridgewater sits right in the middle of New Jersey and is about 30 minutes from Manhattan. It's well-connected to many major metropolitan areas via superhighways and public transit options, making it a popular choice for commuters. However, it’s more than a commuter town. One of the larger neighborhoods in the area, Bridgewater has a plethora of shopping, dining, entertainment, and outdoor recreation. It's also home to some of the top-rated schools in New Jersey.

In Bridgewater, you'll have plenty to do with the convenience of living outside of a big city. Because of its size, Bridgewater has a wide range of housing options. Established communities like Bradley Gardens and Finderne have pleasant tree-lined streets and gorgeous period homes with lots of character. In Green Knoll, you'll find both single-family homes and modern townhouses with the added convenience of being close to downtown. Whatever you want, you'll be able to find it in Bridgewater.
